Ms. Dohopolski’s practice focuses on patent litigation. Her experience extends across technologies, ranging from computer software to biotechnology.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Dohopolski clerked for Judge Sharon Prost at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and worked as an associate at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC. She also served as an editor of Stanford Law Review and was a member of Stanford Law School’s Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic. Though her practice now covers all technology areas, Ms. Dohopolski's undergraduate studies at Duke University centered on pharmacology.
