In re Certain Electronic Devices, Including Mobile Phones and Tablet Computers, and Components Thereof, investigation number 337-TA-847 (ITC): Following a five day trial before an administrative law judge of the International Trade Commision, the Firm won an initial determination on behalf of Nokia Corporation that HTC infringed two of Nokia's patents and secured a recommended limited exclusion order barring HTC smartphones from entering the country.
