IBM Corp. v. The Priceline Group Inc. et al., case number 1:15-cv-00137 (D. Del.): The Firm represented IBM in patent litigation against Priceline, OpenTable, and Kayak concerning website and online systems technology. Over the course of almost three years, the Firm overcame repeated challenges to IBM’s patents in district court and before the patent office, and ultimately secured a favorable settlement shortly before trial was scheduled to begin.
