Ms. Huynh attended the George Washington University Law School, where she graduated with high honors. While at law school, she was a George Washington Scholar, served on the George Washington International Law Review, and provided mentorship as a thesis advisor on comparative intellectual property law for Faculty of Law students in Vietnam.
