Desmarais LLP Secures Another Pro Bono Victory On Behalf of Military Veteran

Desmarais LLP secured another pro bono victory on behalf of our client in Stanley v. Wilkie, Vet. App. No. 18-3211.
After the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (“CAVC”) remanded our client’s claim, we convinced the Board of Veterans Appeals to grant service connection for our client’s hearing loss and tinnitus.  In addition, the CAVC granted our motion for attorneys’ fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, which we have donated to the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program.
